The Intelligent Business Layer is the layer under the day-to-day mess of a small business. It sits under the software you already run and does five things.
- Connect. We connect the tools and files you already use, when it is safe and practical. We do not start by selling you a new CRM.
- Clean and organize. We clean the information a job needs, then curate what the system can access and what it will not.
- See. A homepage and a few boards designed for you: who comes back, what sells with what, labor versus revenue, or whatever your Monday questions are.
- Do. An agent that does specific jobs: follow-up on quotes you already sent, answers from your own process, status lookups, and analysis that points attention where it counts.
- Stay. We teach your team day to day, and Care keeps the system running with updates as agreed.
We build it. You help hone it. You direct it. Machines handle retyping and glitches. People handle business.

The IBL is for owner-run businesses without a big tech team. The usual signs are information spread across a booking tool, an inbox, a spreadsheet, and someone's memory, and the same work typed in two places every day.

Our background is large-scale logistics and high-volume operations: messy data, serious tools, and systems that had to deliver under production pressure. That includes automating processes that handled tens of thousands of invoices.
