Chris honed his skills in the logistics world, particularly in large-scale, high-volume operations. It's where he learned to use AI at that same scale, for a business with real customers, real people, and real assets. Not as a chatbot that answers questions on your phone or helps with a spreadsheet. The automations he built had to save real time and money.
That path meant learning how to clean and organize information and turn it into something an AI system can actually use. Next came agents that could do real work, and interfaces and dashboards so people could run their day to day.
He found the hard part wasn't building these systems. It was teaching people how to use them: when to use AI and when to just do the task yourself, and how to use AI for themselves and for their work. He also noticed that not many people do this kind of work for small and medium businesses. So now his goal is simple: help them use those same kinds of tools in a way that's clear and easy to use.
"Part of my job I really liked was working with the people. But what big corporations want is fingers on a keyboard, writing integrations and automations that save money. I like that part too, and I can do it at night, when my family, my little kids, and my clients are all asleep. During the day, I get to talk to people, learn their processes, and do what I'm really good at: finding where the opportunity is and how technology fits in. And when I need a break from people, I go back to my desk and get some work done."
