Crux · crucible

We work the crux of the business.

Local shops need a public face, a place that stays online, a book the team will use, and help connecting the rest — including AI when it earns its keep. That is what Cruxible builds.

Services

Packages stack. Start with a site, add hosting when you want us to run it, add the book when DMs and spreadsheets stop scaling, then layer AI and integrations where they save real time.

  1. 01

    Site

A custom public website for your business — pages, branding, and content that read as yours. No cookie-cutter theme farm. Good when you already host elsewhere and just need the front door done right.

  2. 02

    Site + hosting

The site plus we keep it online. Domains, SSL, deploys, and upkeep sit with us so you are not babysitting a host panel. You get a stable URL and updates without the infrastructure headache.

  3. 03

    Site + hosting + micro-SaaS

Everything above, plus real shop software: open-time public booking, pending requests, staff schedule, customer list, hours and holidays, team roles. One stack for the face of the business and the book. This is what the live demo shows end to end.

  4. 04

    AI chatbots

Assistants trained on your shop — FAQ, hours, services, how booking works — on the site or in a channel you choose. Not a generic bot with stock answers; scoped to what you actually offer and how you want people handled.

  5. 05

    Site integrations & automations

Wire the site and book to the tools you already use: email notifies, calendars, payments, forms, CRM-ish hand-offs, internal alerts. Automations that cut DMs and double-entry without turning your shop into an enterprise IT project.

Pricing depends on scope and vertical. Email hello@cruxibl.com with what you need and we will answer plainly.

About the live demo

The demo at /demo is a full working shop — not a marketing mockup. It is skinned as Ink & Blade, an American traditional tattoo parlor, because that is our first vertical. The same system is meant to cookie-cut later for barber, beauty, trades, and other appointment businesses.

On the public side you get a branded site, artist (or staff) pages with portfolios, and open-time booking: clients pick a real free slot and send a request. Nothing is auto-confirmed — the shop stays in control.

On the staff side (Staff login) you get a multi-page floor: today and pending, schedule, booking lifecycle (confirm, cancel, complete, no-show), customers, shop hours, whole-shop holidays, per-person time off, team roles, and optional deposits. That is the “site + hosting + micro-SaaS” package in one place.

What it is not: a finished multi-vertical marketplace, live Instagram Graph (uploads and profile links only for now), or a promise of AI chatbots inside this particular demo. Those are separate service lines above — the demo proves the site and the book.

Click around as a customer, then open Staff if you want to see how a request lands on the floor. Data is a live environment; treat it gently.
